02 · Problem

Tuenti needed an RSVP system for the Kickoff Festival vol. II ('Frat Party — no se aprende pero se prende') with a real lineup (Piso 21, Danny Ocean, Pedro Capó), DPI validation for Guatemalan attendees, and a way to push the invitation straight to fans' phones.

03 · Solution

An event landing with the full lineup, venue (8/2 — FUTECA Cardales Cayalá) and a DPI-validated form. On submit, the invitation goes out by WhatsApp instead of email — meeting the audience where they actually are.

Higher show-up rates than the email flow — invitations landed in the same chat fans use to coordinate with friends, and the courtesy-drinks perk converted at the door.
